Growing Boy

Isaac is now 6 weeks old, and is growing gangbusters.  He is up to 11.5 pounds, and has grown three inches since the birth, to now two feet long!

Our final appointment with our midwife, Debbie, was yesterday.  Everyone is cleared with good health, and we are sad to say goodbye to regular visits with her.

Brian and Isaac have discovered the joys of relaxing on the couch together, and it's pretty darn cute.

Happy six weeks to Isaac and mama!  It has been a hazy and joyful blur.  

 A lot of people have asked how Maude has responded to Isaac's presence.  She is happy to be included in "family time" and occasionally comes up and gives him a few licks.  Other than that, she just lays around and is a little extra happy when she sees us getting ready to take her for a walk.  She is totally chill and relaxed when near Isaac and we have gotten some sweet pics of our brood below:
