Our house was about a 30-second walk to a great trail running along the coast line. So, needless to say, we went on a lot of walks to "explore" (as we put it to Ella). It was chilly, so jackets were a must!

| There's one! We actually did see a whale on our first walk. It was far away, but we saw it spray several times and come partly out of the water once. |
